Claude for UI/UX Designers: Turn a Product Brief Into a UX Plan

Give Claude the product goal, target users, business constraints, existing workflow, and known pain points. Ask it to identify primary journeys and the decisions a user must make at each stage.

Then request edge cases: empty states, errors, permissions, loading, offline behavior, long content, first-time users, and returning users. This creates a much stronger starting point for wireframes.

Claude should not replace user research. Use it to expand your thinking and uncover questions that you can validate with real users.

Practical takeaway: Use Claude to reduce repetitive work while keeping human judgment for accuracy, privacy, security, and important decisions.
